Understanding Your Agreement with JilitoEx Courier Services
By accessing or using any services provided by JilitoEx Courier Services ("JilitoEx", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to our website, mobile applications, and delivery services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Services.

JilitoEx Courier Services provides domestic and international courier, delivery, and logistics services. Our services include but are not limited to:
All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify JilitoEx of any unauthorized use of your account.
JilitoEx reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for proper packaging of shipments to ensure safe transportation. Packages must be securely packed and properly labeled. JilitoEx is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. JilitoEx is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
CNIC upon delivery may be required for certain shipments. Electronic records and CNIC constitute valid proof of delivery.
Shipping rates are determined based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and service level. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
We accept payment via cash on delivery (COD). Cash funds will be remitted in your JilitoEx invoices.
All prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as per agreement. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or other taxes associated with your use of our Services.
Pricing may change without any prior notice.
Accounts may not paid in 90 days of invoice date may be subject to a late.
You may not ship the following prohibited items through JilitoEx services:
JilitoEx reserves the right to refuse any shipment that violates these restrictions. Violations may result in termination of services and legal action.
JilitoEx's liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the lesser of:
JilitoEx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In the case of snatched, we do not process any claims for snatched shipments.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost shipments). Documentation including proof of value, video of packing and damage must be provided.
All content included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of JilitoEx or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal or business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without express written permission.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with written notice. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
JilitoEx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through our website or via email. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
